These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Tensor Capital Inc DBA Wellkept Insurance website, quoting tools, customer portal, and related communications (the “Services”). By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Tensor Capital Inc DBA Wellkept Insurance is a licensed property and casualty insurance producer. We arrange coverage with insurance carriers; we are not an insurance carrier and we do not underwrite or pay claims. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy, and the policy documents control in all cases.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to carrier review, underwriting, and verification. Quotes may change or be withdrawn. A policy is bound only when confirmed in writing by us or the carrier. Misstatements or omissions in an application may affect coverage.

Certificates issued through the Services reflect policy data at the time of issuance and are provided for informational purposes. A certificate does not amend, extend, or alter the coverage afforded by a policy.

By creating an account you consent to receive account, policy, and transactional communications electronically, including by email. Separately, and only if you opt in, we may send you recurring automated text messages about your account, documents, renewals, and offers.

Message frequency varies and you will receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Some responses and workflows are generated with automated assistance supervised by a licensed producer. Automated output is not insurance advice, and licensed personnel review coverage decisions.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, disrupting the Services, submitting false information, or using the Services to violate applicable law.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensor Capital Inc DBA Wellkept Insurance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe these terms have been violated.
